Pastor Pancho Juarez is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Montebello. After years of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, and womanizing, Pastor Pancho gave his heart to the Lord and choose to serve Him by answering a call to ministry.

In 1991 Pancho started a home bible study in East Los Angeles with 10 people and now ministers to a congregation of over 3, 000 people. Pancho has been married to Millie for over 35 years and have 5 children.
